Direct billing and insurance
The practice lists Manitoba Blue Cross, Canada Life, Manulife, Desjardins and ClaimSecure. Confirm that your individual plan covers the appointment you are booking and ask about any referral requirements, limits or co-payments. Bring your insurance details.
Balances and receipts
If your plan covers only part of the cost, ask Lyanna how to pay the balance. If direct billing is unavailable, ask for an itemized receipt to submit to your insurer. Contact Lyanna before booking if you are unsure how your appointment will be billed. Jane also offers gift cards.
